Toyota is the market-leading automotive company in New Zealand and a great place to work. They have an extensive customer database and are seeking a talented business analyst to maintain, develop and utilise this information to support CRM and other operational objectives.
The Customer Database Analyst role involves:
• Extracting accurate and timely data for marketing and service campaigns
• Performing analysis and research
• Maintaining data integrity through continuous improvement of documented processes
• Conducting user functionality testing, as required
• Working with various internal customers throughout the business, as well as some liaison with suppliers.
You will be able to deliver to deadlines and have proven experience with databases. Technically you will be conversant with SQL and MS Access. Your exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and strong team player attitude will support your success in this role.
With a passion for accuracy and data integrity, you will also have a strong customer focus and an understanding of business. You will take ownership to meet project objectives and deadlines; communicating easily with both technical and non-technical users.
Your proven knowledge of database theory will be evident in your tertiary level qualification or equivalent experience and you will have advanced/intermediate MS Access and Excel skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and SQL would be an advantage, but not essential.
