Toyota New Zealand’s Customer Service team have an exciting opportunity to join them as a Customer Database Administrator. This is a diverse role, touching on many of Toyota New Zealand’s business units supporting their business requirements and strategies. This is a great opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the future of Toyota New Zealand’s customer strategies.
As a key position in the Customer Services team you will act as steward of the customer database responsible for timely and efficient data input. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing departments you will be providing administrative support on sales campaigns, coordinating customer giveaways and competitions and handling related customer and dealer inquiries.
With a passion for accuracy and data integrity, you will also have a strong customer focus and an understanding of business. You will take ownership to meet project objectives and deadlines; communicating easily with both internal and external customers.
