Agricultural Account Manager
Permanent Position in Feilding
Our client, who is a leading supplier of agricultural feed to the rural sector in New Zealand, wish to appoint a Agricultural Account Manager to work alongside the Sales Manager/Director.
In a period of development and growth this role is new to this modestly sized company and requires someone who can grow and develop with the company as it continues to succeed.
You will have a working knowledge of the rural sector or have a degree in Agriculture or in Animal Nutrition. A key component to this role is being familiar and knowledgable as to the needs of the rural community and to the products you will be supplying.
Based in Feilding you will be part of a close knit team and relied upon to take ownership of your role and to carve a niche for yourself.
The key duties will be:
- Assisting with quotes
- Placing stock orders
- Stock control
- Building on and expanding the client base
- Supporting the Sales Director
- Dealing with Rural Sector queries
To be successful, you will be an excellent communicator, detail focussed, be confident with figures and have a background in the Agricultural Sector.
This role is open for someone with the right "get up and go" to make it their own and to establish themselves in the growing Agribusiness industry.
